HIGHLIGHT

SECOND CHANCE SUNDAY

April is recognized as Second Chance Month, a time to remember that our God is a God of redemption, restoration, and new beginnings. This month, we invite you to join us for Second Chance Sunday, where we’ll hear powerful success stories from individuals who have been released and are now walking in freedom and purpose through Jesus.

These testimonies are reminders that no one is too far gone and no story is beyond God’s reach. We believe every person deserves hope, and in Christ, every life can be made new.

Come be encouraged as we celebrate fresh starts, transformed lives, and the incredible grace of God.

WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT

Here’s the truth: God is not in the business of giving up on people, He’s in the business of restoring them.

Scripture reminds us in 2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” That means your past does not define you. Your mistakes, failures, or setbacks are not the final word, Jesus is.

Think about Peter, who denied Jesus three times, yet was restored and became a bold leader in the early church. Or Paul, who once persecuted Christians, but was transformed into one of the greatest voices of the Gospel. Their stories, and so many others in the Bible, show us that God specializes in second chances.

Lamentations 3:22–23 says, “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His mercies never fail. They are new every morning.” Every single day is an opportunity to start again with Him.

If you’re feeling disqualified, ashamed, or stuck, remember this: God’s grace is greater than your past. In Christ, you are not written off, you are being rewritten.

There is always hope. There is always a way back. And in Jesus, there is always a second chance.

Creating a PLACE and a PATHWAY to Purpose.
