CROSSOVER CHURCH ATL LEADERSHIP

LEAD PASTORS

Scott Free was born and raised in Miami, FL. He grew up in the world of hip-hop as a DJ and artist. After having an encounter with Jesus in the year 2000, he made it his mission to transform the culture he grew up in. Since then he has been an urban missionary, evangelist and church planter.

Scott Free currently serves as lead pastor of Crossover Church ATL and is a speaker, trainer and consultant full-time with his family in Atlanta. He founded the “City Takers Movement” which exists to raise up urban missionaries who reach, restore, activate believers, and plant micro churches where people can bring their unique expression into the context of spiritual family and have greater impact together. Scott has a national impact discipling the urban, hip-hop culture and in raising grassroots movements that have major impact in the city and beyond.

Támesis Cruz-Ballauf aka “Tami Free” was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Tampa, FL. She loves the arts and has a passion to see the urban art scene impacted by the Gospel. Tami holds a juris doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law, and served as an Assistant State Attorney for the State of Florida for 6 years.  After marrying Scott, she has dedicated herself to the work of urban missions; administering, speaking, leading, teaching and helping grow the mission of City Takers. She currently serves as the Director of Operations for City Takers.
