The 2021 Christmas Remix "A Live Visual Album" truly felt like you were entering into a beautiful Christmas Story. It was narrated by our very own Pastor Phillip Edge and each track took us on an amazing journey filled with memories, performances and songs of worship. The service was followed by a huge Block Party were families enjoyed toy give- away, bounce house, cookie decorating, ornament making, popcorn bar, hot chocolate bar, and some delicious hot chili. Our neighborhood families also had an opportunity to pick up over 50 gifts that were collected from the Angel Tree Prison Ministry Project. It was such a blessing to be a blessing this Holiday Season.

1 Word of Encouragement

This past Sunday Pastor Scott preached a message titled "The many sounds of Christmas". He spoke on the true version of the very first Christmas over 2000 years ago and how to some that version seems a little more like the reality they are living in. He had us imagine the sounds in the manger, the escape and uncertainty that Joseph and Mary must have felt and the cries of the mothers who lost the lives of their baby boys to the insecurity of King Herod. He talked about the feelings of pain and hopelessness during this first Christmas season and reminded us that (1) In suffering Jesus came to bear it with us (2) There is uncertainty in the world, but God came to Lead us through it and (3) There is death in this world BUT God sent his son to Overcome it.
